I’m Adam Lutzi Rockwell. I’m a speculative fiction writer and humorist living on the Oregon Coast.
Most of my essays are based around my personal experiences and research. I use the term “research” lightly 😅, although I am a trained librarian (not currently librarianing).
Inspired By True Events has three main sections:
Stories - Humorous essays on just about anything. Often, my own experiences.
Serialized Fiction - I just finished publishing my serialized action-horror novel, The Unexpected Exorcist.
I publish twice weekly. Sometimes Wednesday. Sometimes Sunday. It’s really hard to say.
All posts are free to read, but would love it if you become a paid subscriber. Not only am I grateful to all of my paid supporters, but you allow me to keep writing!
On the weekends I’ll be somewhere up or down the coast looking for agates.
About Adam Lutzi Rockwell
I’m originally from Wisconsin by way of Minneapolis. A few years back I moved to the barren, rugged, Oregon Coast. The weather was MADE for writing here.
Thanks for stopping by,

Well, well, Adam. I jumped here from someone's note where you said something clever, then your start here entertained me.
Actually, I was also confused since triweekly has two meanings -- either three times a week or every third week.
I figured you had to be screwing with us if you posted every third week.
So subbed I am!
Looking forward to getting to know you, Adam 🤗
Looking forward to wading through your work. I have also lived on the Oregon coast during the summer session at OIMB down near Coos Bay. The most memorable summer of my college career out at Oregon. Made lifelong friends with wonderful memories to match.
